The Signature Gathering begins at $900 for 4 and is fully customized based on group size (with accommodation up to 20) to reflect your vision, occasion, and setting.

The Golden Moment is a personalized setting inspired by your relationship. To create your custom quote, tell us about your special style, your favorite places, your love story and the details that matter most to the two of you.

The Ground & Glow Session

A guided outdoor yoga and mindfulness experience to begin your gathering with intention and ease.

The Ground & Glow Session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and arrive fully in the moment.

Thoughtfully paired with your picnic experience, this gentle flow grounds the body in nature and clears the mind so you can settle in, soak up the setting, and truly glow from within.

Most guests choose to begin their experience with The Ground & Glow Session.

This session and any of our optional Enhancements are seamlessly added to your picnic experience.

  • Yes, whether you have a favorite spot in mind or want guidance, we’ll help you find the perfect setting.

  • We keep a close eye on the weather and will work with you to reschedule or adjust your setup so your experience still feels seamless.

    Final weather decisions are made by 6PM the day prior to your booking. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, we reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are deemed unsafe or not aligned with the quality of experience we aim to provide.

  • Traverse City Picnics does not provide alcoholic beverages. However, we are here to guide you through the planning process and make alternate location recommendations based on your preferences.

  • Standard bookings are 2 hours, with the option to extend if you would like more time to relax and enjoy.

    Additional Time Option:

    Additional picnic time may be purchased at $150 per hour. This option is subject to availability and not guaranteed, however we make every effort to accommodate each request, because we know how magical those Northern Michigan sunsets can be!

  • Yes! We offer thoughtfully curated Enhancements and can coordinate food for you, or keep the focus on the setting itself.

  • Absolutely, we know a good picnic has plenty of options so we encourage our guests to bring food and beverages.

  • We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak season.
