We keep a close eye on the weather and will work with you to reschedule or adjust your setup so your experience still feels seamless.

Final weather decisions are made by 6PM the day prior to your booking. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, we reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are deemed unsafe or not aligned with the quality of experience we aim to provide.

Traverse City Picnics does not provide alcoholic beverages. However, we are here to guide you through the planning process and make alternate location recommendations based on your preferences.

Standard bookings are 2 hours, with the option to extend if you would like more time to relax and enjoy.

Additional Time Option:

Additional picnic time may be purchased at $150 per hour. This option is subject to availability and not guaranteed, however we make every effort to accommodate each request, because we know how magical those Northern Michigan sunsets can be!

Yes! We offer thoughtfully curated add-ons and can coordinate food for you, or keep the focus on the setting itself.
